Ms. Feliz MariSol Martone
Attorney | Advocate | Educator

Attorney Feliz Martone brings over 18 years of legal experience to her practice, with a mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive estate planning services tailored to her clients' unique needs. Feliz began her career representing disabled individuals for more than a decade, working alongside her father, attorney Gary Martone, to form a dynamic team that fought tirelessly for adults and children seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. This deep understanding of disability law and advocacy laid the foundation for her current focus on helping families secure their futures through thoughtful estate planning.

Feliz specializes in educating her community on the importance of incapacity planning, wealth preservation, and ensuring that life’s unexpected events are met with clarity and preparedness. A sought-after expert, Feliz shares her knowledge at workshops, conferences, and community events, providing valuable insights to diverse audiences on estate planning, special needs trusts, and financial preparedness.

A proud Albuquerque native, Feliz began her educational journey at Santa Clara University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Spanish Literature. After gaining valuable experience in law firms in San Diego, she returned to New Mexico to pursue her Juris Doctorate at the University of New Mexico School of Law, graduating in 2005. During law school, she demonstrated her dedication to public service, working with the New Mexico Center for Law and Poverty and gaining practical experience through the Family Law Clinic.

Today, Feliz’s practice is dedicated to estate planning and incapacity solutions, where she empowers individuals and families to make informed legal and financial decisions. She is fluent in English and Spanish, enabling her to serve a diverse range of clients and connect meaningfully with her community.

Beyond her professional life, Feliz is a proud mother of three and cherishes quality time with her family. Her commitment to creating a legacy of empowerment and peace of mind extends beyond her practice, as she actively participates in organizations such as the Albuquerque Women in Business for Good, the New Mexico Estate Planning Council, and the Hispanic Women’s Council.
